Shipping policy

Everything we sell is digital. There is nothing to ship.

After you check out, you receive an email with a secure link to download your

files. The download is also available from your order confirmation. Links

stay active so you can come back to them.

Because delivery is instant and files cannot be returned once downloaded,

digital products are covered by our refund policy rather than a shipping

return. If a download does not work, contact us with your order number and

we will get it to you right away.

Formats are listed on each product page (usually PDF and editable templates).

You need a device that opens standard document formats. No special software

is required.
